Field work, done right

Pest management and attic inspection work across greater Los Angeles — thorough, documented, and explained in plain English.

🐜

General pest control

Recurring service for homes and multi-unit buildings: Argentine ants, American and German roaches, spiders, and the seasonal pressure that comes with Southern California living.

Mosquito service

Yard treatments and source reduction — standing water, dense vegetation, and the breeding sites most people walk right past.

Rodent inspection

Mobile homes to hillside houses: entry points, droppings, rub marks, and attic evidence, documented with photos and a clear next-step plan.

Inspection + exclusion planning

Attic inspections

Trap checks, insulation and contamination assessment, and honest scoping — what's up there, what it means, and what (if anything) is worth doing about it.

De-webbing & detail work

Eaves, entryways, and fixtures swept down as part of service — the visible finish that makes a treatment look as good as it works.

Notes that close the loop

Every job ends with a clean, complete service note: what was found, what was done, and what to watch — written so the next visit starts informed.

How I work

Three rules on every job

1 · Look first

Identify the pest, the source, and the conditions feeding it before anything gets applied. Treatment without inspection is just guessing with chemicals.

2 · Treat the cause

Sanitation, exclusion, and source reduction do the long-term work. Product choice follows the label, the site, and the target — never habit.

3 · Write it down

If it isn't documented, it didn't happen. Photos, findings, and recommendations go in the note before I leave the driveway.
