Can I book pest service through this site?
Not directly — I currently do field work through my employer in the Burbank / Glendale area, and my own brand (ZAPP 818) is still in development pending licensing. If you're an existing customer, your service office is the fastest route. For everything else, email me.
What should I email about?
Project collaborations, systems and automation talk, career conversations (field-service software, customer success, tech sales), trail and camping recommendations, or a good dog photo. All welcome.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within a day or two. Route days are long and attics don't have great reception — if it's urgent and work-related, your service office will always reach me faster.
Where are you based?
Glendale, California — and most of my work and wandering happens across greater Los Angeles and Southern California.
